My communication style

Keisha seeks to establish a warm, caring, and therapeutic relationship to assist you with improving or maintaining your mental health. She enjoys teaching her client the importance of self-care, practicing mindfulness while discovering their individual destiny, which allows them to live a happier and meaningful life.

My journey to mental healthcare

From a personal experience of taking care of patients in rural and underserved communities. I identified a great need for mental health services for individuals, in addition to having a loved one diagnosed with schizophrenia. I enjoy being a good servant to the community, my patients and extended family members involved in the care.

My goals for you

I will begin by building a rapport with the clients. During this process, I will listen to the clients concerns, needs and desires for their goals. After identifying the clients current situation, strengths and challenges. We will discuss and proceed towards achieving measurable and realistic goals.

Our first session

During your first visit, I will attempt to cultivate a warm and caring environment to help ease the transition into gathering clinical assessment. She will equip the clients with the necessary tools to make a comfortable decision regarding their care. There will be open discussion to non-medical options which reflect individualized needs.
