Hi there, I'm Ron!

Do you feel as though you have lost your sense of self? Whether it is from health issues, a bad or abusive relationship, or other distractions that have left you feeling unfulfilled, my goal is to help you find meaning and purpose in your life. I will work with you to help you regain confidence and look to the future with optimism.

My focus

Do you feel as though you have lost your sense of self? I work with adults who are dealing with life challenges or a loss of a sense of self. If you are dealing with health issues and feeling anxious or depressed, we will work together to build resilience and get you moving in a better direction with both hope and confidence for the future.

My approach

I work collaboratively using a combination of counseling approaches to help you move forward. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you change thought patterns, reality therapy to focus on present issues with solution-focused, and existential therapy to find meaning and purpose for your life. I may use mindfulness or other tools as well.
