Hi there, I'm Willetta!

I was drawn to doing therapy because I genuinely wanted people to know that they can heal, despite what they have experienced in life. Everyone has the capacity to heal and change. I use person-centered therapy to meet you where you’re at, and my goal is to take you to where you want to be in your life in achieving your goals and a healthy mind.

My focus

Struggling with change and transitions in life? I work with single moms, LGBTQIA, and young adults. I will help navigate transitions in life and self-esteem challenges by helping you build coping skills that will contribute to your growth.

My approach

I use techniques that incorporate mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to give you tools to feel more in control. I will help navigate transitions in life and self-esteem challenges by helping you build coping skills that will contribute to your growth.
