My focus

I am focusing on clients who either inherit a mild/severe mental health disorder and/or have experienced a traumatic event(s), which can start during their childhood or later in life. Both mental health disorders and traumatic experience can negatively affect moods (i.e., anxious, depressed) or perceptions toward self (esteem) and others (trust).

My approach

I have been using a holistic approach to promote a long life healing by treating my clients as a whole person, addressing emotional, physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being. I believe this comprehensive method helps my clients understand the root cause of their issues, build resilience, and get the best outcome.
