Hi there, I'm Ebony!

Hi! My name is Ebony Hines, and I'm a fun-loving Memphis native. My mission is to provide professional, compassionate, and supportive services to individuals from all walks going through the seasons of life. I find joy in helping clients find the light in their lives and various circumstances.

My focus

My expertise is with those struggling with depression, self-esteem issues, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. I love working with clients of all ages. My ideal client is eager to improve and willing to work to enhance their lives.

My approach

I am direct with clients, my job is to advocate for and in support of them - that can look like many things. Regarding treatment modalities, CBT is my most common treatment method. I teach clients the importance of how their thought processes impact their feelings and behaviors. It's a reminder that our thoughts shape our lives, no matter what.
