I am so glad you're reaching out. It takes courage to ask for help and I know that is not always easy and I'm proud of you for taking the first step! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 23 years of counseling experience.

My focus

During our first session, we will explore your history and how you got to be where you are today. I like to learn about where you grew up, your family and your life currently. We will establish and review therapy goals, and discuss your current concerns.

My approach

I provide a safe and compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My clients often struggle with the unknowns of life and I like to help people feel more comfortable with the unknown and to trust the process of life.
