Hi there, I'm Maria!

I’m a licensed therapist and offer trauma-focused therapy for adults in Tennessee. I work with adults navigating past trauma, intense emotions, anxiety, or depression, life stressors, and relationship issues. We talk through what’s been heavy, what patterns keep showing up, and what healing can look like for you in real life.

My focus

My ideal client is someone who is tired of carrying everything alone and knows something needs to change, but may feel unsure, overwhelmed, or not know where to begin. They might be navigating stress, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the weight of feeling misunderstood. I offer a space where you can show up.

My approach

I believe therapy should be personal and collaborative at your own pace. My approach is person-centered and flexible to your needs. I’m trained in EMDR. I integrate elements from DBT and CBT—to help with coping and skill-building, but I also focus on exploring the deeper patterns and past experiences that might be affecting you today.
