Hi there, I'm Lee!

I work with young adults and adults navigating life transitions. I believe the emotions we're most tempted to run from—fear, grief, anger—exist to tell us about the kind of life we want. I help clients learn to identify and listen to their emotions rather than being overwhelmed or shut down.

My focus

As a member of the LGBT community, I have a special expertise in serving LGBTQ clients as well as poly and kink communities. Whether you are navigating a complicated political climate, reducing shame and growing in pride and self-acceptance, or exploring new pronouns or identity labels, I will be with you all the way!

My approach

I use evidence-based approaches to treat depression, anxiety, and trauma. We'll work together to increase mindfulness and self-compassion and strengthen the relationships in your life.
