I create a compassionate and warm therapeutic environment where clients feel deeply understood and supported. Working with me feels like a collaborative and empathetic journey where we focus on healing and personal growth in a safe and non-judgmental space.

My journey to mental healthcare

I chose to become a therapist because my oldest daughter's struggles with addiction and mental health issues made finding appropriate help challenging for our family. Additionally, having faced trauma myself, I am passionate about guiding others on their healing journey.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting with clients through a collaborative process, ensuring the goals are personalized and attainable. We break down larger objectives into manageable steps and continually reassess progress, making adjustments as needed to stay aligned with the client's evolving needs and aspirations.

Our first session

During the first session, clients can expect an open and welcoming environment where we discuss their concerns, history, and goals. We'll also establish a foundation for our therapeutic relationship, outline the process, and address any questions or anxieties they might have.
