I specialize in Psychiatric Medication Management with a holistic approach, integrating traditional medications with nutrition, exercise, lifestyle support, and brief therapy. I'm also certified in Nutritional Psychiatry and Low-Dose Naltrexone, bringing a comprehensive perspective to your care.

Our first session

Our first visit includes a full psychiatric assessment focusing on present symptoms, past history, and medical comorbidities. We'll discuss your goals and plan of care, including medication, lifestyle interventions, or therapy, while assessing for other medical issues that may be contributing to mental health concerns.
