I worked in community mental health before transitioning into private practice. I appreciate being able to assist clients with identifying and achieving their goals.

I assist clients with identifying goals that are important to them so we can work collaboratively to achieve them. I provide clients with objective feedback, helpful information, and concrete strategies to assist with goal achievement.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions to understand your concerns and goals, and we'll begin exploring how we can work together to support your progress.
