My communication style is empathetic, supportive, and direct. I believe in creating a space where clients feel safe to express themselves freely while also feeling gently challenged to grow. I use a collaborative approach, combining active listening with honest, compassionate feedback.

Mental health is not ‘one size fits all’. Let’s work as a team to create the best treatment plan of therapies tailored to your needs and goals to include holistic and integrative care, psychotherapeutic modalities, and, when appropriate, medication management.

Our first session

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’d like to work on, and how I can best support you. I’ll also explain what treatment might look like and answer any questions you have. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we start building a plan that fits your needs.
