Hi there, I'm Lauren!

My biggest desire is to meet people where they are and help them on the path of becoming better versions of themselves. My clients would describe me as direct.

While I have experience in treating a wide variety of patients, I specialize in trauma and addictions.

My approach

I am trained in multiple treatment modalities that I pull from to create an individualized approach for every client. These modalities include IRT, EMDR, CPT, PE, and MI.

My clients would certainly describe me as direct. I want my clients to feel comfortable in their sessions and strive to create an environment where they feel free to disclose anything.

My journey to mental healthcare

While in college, I discovered a passion for better understanding people and what makes everyone different from each other. I believe that life is a journey and that if we don't continue to grow, then we begin to die.

My goals for you

I fully believe that goal setting is an important way to gauge where a person is and where they want to be. I often check in with my clients to ensure that we are still on the same path together.

Our first session

I want my new clients to feel open and comfortable about whatever they may be dealing with. Most importantly, though, I want them to leave their first session with a sense of hope.
