My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I've always believed that people aren't broken — they're often just carrying more than anyone should carry alone. At the heart of my work is a deep belief that every person carries strengths, resilience, and the capacity for meaningful change—even during the most difficult seasons of life.

I provide a calm, compassionate space that is client-centered and collaborative, allowing growth and movement at your own pace while focusing on goals that are meaningful to you. Together, we can set and develop your goals to achieve your success.

Our first session

The first session is really just a conversation and a chance to get to know each other. I'll ask about what's been going on and what brought you here, and you're welcome to ask me anything, too. You don't need to have it all figured out before we start — that's what we're here to work through together.
