Therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale. A place where you’re heard, understood, and don’t have to filter your experience. I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break, or impacted by past experiences that still feel present. People who want real tools, a deeper understanding, and a way to move forward. We will focus on building practical skills and processing past experiences that shape how you think, feel, and respond.
My approach
I draw from evidence-based practices such as DBT, EMDR, CBT, and TF-CBT. Whether that means building practical coping skills to navigate daily stress or processing past experiences to address deeper patterns and negative beliefs, I believe meaningful change happens when you feel both supported and empowered.
