My journey to mental healthcare

With a background in journalism and marketing, I’ve always loved communicating with people. From Disney World to Barcelona, my career fueled my passion for connecting across cultures. Therapy became the natural next step—allowing me to build meaningful connections while helping others improve their lives.

I believe that therapy is collaborative. When we first meet, we will discuss your goals for treatment. These can evolve, but help us to know where we are heading and if I am getting you there effectively. I utilize a mixture of practical tools and exploring the impact of your history and environment to ensure that we are progressing.
