Kim has special training and skills in assessing patient mental health and treating cognitive, psychological, and behavioral disorders using a wide variety of therapy techniques. EMDR is a special therapy to assist with trauma, which is an additional therapy tool we may use.

Procedures and therapies I provide include psychotherapy, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), crisis management, mental health assessment, one-on-one therapy sessions, anger management therapy, and stress management.

My journey to mental healthcare

In life, we all have endured some tough times. I had not only some childhood trauma that I had to learn to cope with, but also marital issues as well. I have worked on being people-pleasing and realizing who the real me is. Life is not easy, and we all have things we can work on.

As a therapist, we will discuss treatment planning at the first session. Then, as we progress in therapy, we can adjust those if needed.
