I am a very compassionate and humble therapist. I want to help you where you are at each session.

My journey to mental healthcare

In life, we all have endured some tough times. I had not only some childhood trauma that I had to learn to cope with, but also marital issues as well. I have worked on being people-pleasing and realizing who the real me is. Life is not easy, and we all have things we can work on.

My goals for you

As a therapist, we will discuss treatment planning at the first session. Then, as we progress in therapy, we can adjust those if needed.

Our first session

In the first session, I want to get to know you. I want to hear what brought you into therapy and your goals. We will look at some possible past and current factors that could be affecting your current situation.
