My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into mental healthcare began with a deeply personal experience. My niece, who is autistic, inspired me to pursue this path. Watching her navigate life and seeing the impact that psychiatric medications had on her behavior sparked a desire to help people like her and their families.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting as a collaborative and personalized process. Together, we identify your unique needs, priorities, and aspirations, breaking them down into achievable, measurable steps. I use solution-focused and strengths-based approaches to highlight progress and build confidence while adjusting goals as needed.

Our first session

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where you'll feel heard and respected. We'll discuss what brought you to care, your current challenges, and your goals for treatment. I'll also ask about your medical and mental health history. By the end, we'll outline a personalized plan tailored to your needs.
