My focus

I have experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD, & substance use Disorders. My therapy approach is focused on the individual. I am trained in TFCBT, CBT & DBT.

I strive to create a client centered non judgmental environment. I am a firm believer that clients should feel comfortable and open with their therapist.

My communication style is warm and open. I allow the client to express their thoughts and emotions without judgment. I will also have a listening ear and ask thought-provoking questions as needed.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began with an interest of cause and correlation. I have always been curious about the impact of childhood trauma and the effects it has throughout adulthood.

My goals for you

From the first to the last session, I will allow the client to create their own goals with my assistance as needed. I believe the client is the author of their treatment and utilizes an integrative approach to help clients meet their personalized needs.

A first session will be warm and open session. It will be a "get to know you." We will focus on your strengths, goals, motivation for treatment and creating a space where you feel understood and heard.
