Hi there, I'm Ondria!

Are you feeling overwhelmed? Anxious? Sad? Life can get complicated, and sometimes downright painful. But you don't have to carry that alone. My passion is to walk alongside people in their hard places, to offer hope, encouragement, and support, as we sort it out together and work toward healing, growth, or both.

My focus

I work with women and men struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, infertility, adoption, professional/personal balance, ministry-related struggles, and spiritual or faith-related concerns. I'm often sought out by clients desiring clinical counseling that is solidly grounded in a Biblical approach and Christian Faith.

My approach

I offer a safe, judgment-free place to process and overcome the hurts, traumas, anxieties, and struggles life throws at you. My counseling style is deeply rooted in my Christian faith and in biblical truth. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is my favorite clinical approach, but I collaborate with clients to find what best fits their needs.
