My communication style

I would consider myself a gentle and easy-going therapist. We'll laugh a lot in session, and sometimes it won't even feel like therapy because I want this to be an enjoyable experience.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was originally intending on getting into the world of sports management and marketing, but a failed internship led me to my local Children's Museum of all places, where I realized I loved people more than I loved anything else, and I knew that semester the Lord was calling me into something else greater than myself.

My goals for you

I try to empower clients to find healing and direction. I give skills that I help the client enact so they can work through the hard times long after our time together.

Our first session

Our first session together is about getting to know one another and figuring out the path forward. We laugh, we joke, and we also delve into the highlights of what's important. We set the tone for our time together.
