I possess an empathetic communication style to build trust in the therapeutic relationship. When working with clients, I recognize the importance of creating a safe environment by listening and relating to clients and assisting clients in expressing themselves.

My journey to mental healthcare

I enjoy helping others, and I recognize the importance of making clients feel comfortable and safe during the therapeutic process. I value developing trust in the therapeutic relationship to promote growth. I appreciate diversity and multiculturalism, which has enabled me to be a more relatable and effective therapist.

I assist clients with goal setting by helping them identify their interests and strengths, and assist them in creating tasks to achieve goals, along with setting timelines to reach goals.

Our first session

During a session, clients should expect me to listen to their concerns in an understanding manner to help them achieve therapeutic goals. I collaborate with clients to work through concerns and solve problems in a safe space.
