I understand how feeling stuck or overwhelmed can make everything feel heavy. You’re not alone. For 18 years, I’ve been able to support people who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt and life transitions, helping them meet challenges with curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll do meaningful work that leads to healing, growth, & lasting change.

My focus

I specialize in supporting women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or burnout, especially during major life transitions like motherhood, navigating difficult workplaces, or going through divorce or separation. My work often involves helping women explore shifting beliefs around faith or politics and break free from unhealthy relationships.

My approach

I take an eclectic and collaborative approach to treatment, creating a supportive space for reflection, processing, and growth. My goal is to help you build on your strengths while developing new skills to navigate challenges. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing and am a TBRI Practitioner.
