Hi there, I'm Mark!

I provide counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have extensive experience in mental health, trauma, domestic violence, foster care, and adoption. I use an integrated model that builds upon your beliefs, strategies, and virtues.

My focus

I work with individuals and families experiencing a wide array of concerns, from short-term stressors to longer-term mental health disturbances. For individual therapy, I generally treat adults and adolescents ages 12 and older.

My approach

I draw from Existential Psychotherapy, Narrative Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Integrating these therapeutic models allows me to meet a variety of needs effectively.
