I believe therapy is a collaboration between therapist and client. Using CBT, DBT, ACT, and other modalities with a person-centered approach, I tailor the therapy experience to each individual. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported and empowered towards change and growth, with a focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship.

I specialize in helping individuals manage emotional challenges of trauma, bipolar, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, child and adult ADHD, learning and work difficulties, self-esteem issues, chronic illness, and adjustment to change.
My approach
My counseling style is empathic, non-judgmental, and individualized. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness to help you connect your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. CBT involves exercises to understand and change your mindset. Mindfulness focuses on self-awareness and living in the present.
