I like to meet you where you are: this means we are consultative, directive, and communicative to develop goals and approach. I work with PTSD, addictive personalities, relational issues, anxiety, life stages, marital issues, and compulsive behaviors.

My focus

I have worked with sexual abuse, assault, military trauma, first responder trauma, addiction, divorce, marital issues, teen issues, and abuse issues.

My approach

I offer therapy using a variety of treatment modalities. Primarily CBT and Trauma-Focused CBT, but also Solution Focused, Christian, and client-centered.

I attempt to ensure a safe communicative environment that ensures therapy but also genuine personality to be exchanged.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was quite naturally my friends and family's confidant and advisor, though I thought I was going to be a vet. I became known as Bones.
