I work with clients facing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I'm trained in EMDR to address intense traumatic events and their lasting effects. Using complementary approaches, we'll unearth long-standing patterns or perceptions holding you back from a more fulfilling life.

My journey to mental healthcare

My career began addressing child victims of crimes, working with trauma, abuse, and substance issues. I later worked in long-term care with personality, mood, and neurocognitive disorders. My passion for trauma work led me to train in EMDR.
