My work is grounded in the belief that transformation happens when we feel safe, seen, and empowered to explore the deeper layers of our story.

I work with families, adults, teens, and children to help educate and empower clients so that they develop the insight and skills necessary to overcome their own personal and situational challenges. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents around issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, self-exploration, relationships, and family dynamics. I also offer faith-based counseling for those who are interested.
