I am from a family of dysfunction, addiction, and trauma. My life has been spent discovering the unhealthy patterns that destroy our potential and relationships. My awareness and treatment go beyond trauma informed, to being trauma healed. My gift is finding the core issue, diagnosing the problems, treating the brokenness, and implementing a plan.

My focus addresses clients navigating what may be years of distress. The method involves deconstructing a "mountain" of complex issues to uncover the core foundation. By chipping away at long-standing patterns, the therapy transforms overwhelming conflict into manageable growth, facilitating dramatic improvements in life and connection.
My approach
I rely a brief therapy technique that encourages people to laser focus on the root of the problem. Once the root is identified and how the seeds were planted, it is then removed entirely. Results with this method come at a much quicker pace than traditional therapy. The extent of this process is less than 90 days.
