My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). We work to understand the patterns, thoughts, and emotions that may be keeping you stuck, while building greater flexibility and clarity. I aim to help you respond more intentionally and make changes that fit your values and goals.

My communication style

I communicate openly and directly, while keeping the conversation thoughtful and respectful. I ask questions, offer honest feedback, and try to make therapy feel like a collaborative process rather than a one-sided conversation. Humor is welcome when it fits, and I aim to keep sessions both meaningful and human.

We start by clarifying what you want to be different and identifying patterns that may be getting in the way. From there, we develop realistic goals and practical steps you can apply outside of session. We regularly revisit progress, adjust when needed, and focus on changes that are meaningful and sustainable.
