Hi there, I'm Nicki!

I work primarily with teenagers and adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression. I hope to help each person become the best version of themselves.

I typically work with adults and teens who are struggling with anxiety and depression. Additionally, I have experience working with divorce, abuse, and transgender issues.

My approach

Using skills training and cognitive behavioral approaches, I help clients reframe their situations. With problem-solving and processing feelings in a safe, therapeutic environment, clients can learn effective ways of coping.

My communication style

I believe that I create an environment that is warm and feels safe. I am very down-to-earth, and clients find it easy to interact with me. I am not afraid to ask the hard questions, and I am respectful of what those answers may be.

My journey to mental healthcare

I feel that we all have the innate ability to heal ourselves; we just need some guidance. I love helping people and encouraging people to be the best versions of themselves.
