I am a licensed professional counselor in Louisiana and Texas. I received my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy / Counseling from the University of Louisiana Monroe in 2014.

My theoretical orientation is eclectic in nature, integrating concepts from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I use a combination of techniques from these theories to provide individualized treatment tailored to each client's unique needs.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into mental healthcare began with obtaining my degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I then completed my clinical hours for licensure at facilities that provided me with extensive knowledge and resources that I bring to my practice today.
