Hi there, I'm Elizabeth!

I specialize in working with trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety. I am EMDR Certified with experience in several other types of therapy, including CBT, DBT, and exposure. I want to provide a place in which you can heal from the past and understand its lessons, and explore your full potential.

My focus

I work with adults facing life transitions at any age. I especially love helping women and LGBTQ+ folks navigate life and its many challenges. Life is only getting more complicated, and if I can help to make sense of it, I would be honored to walk that journey with you.

My approach

My goal is to give you the tools and the confidence to live your best life, now and in the future. I pull from my knowledge of different types of therapy to build on your own strengths and resilience. If we can do it with warmth, humor, and compassion, even better. Change is always possible!
