My goals for you

My approach to mental health care is rooted in the recovery model, which means I see each person as more than a diagnosis. I see their strengths, values, and potential for growth. I believe healing happens through partnership, so I work alongside clients, empowering them to set meaningful goals and take an active role in their care.

Our first session

During a first session with me, patients can expect a comfortable, conversational space where the focus is on getting to know them as a whole person, not just their symptoms. We'll talk about history, current concerns, and goals of care. Patient can expect to feel heard, respected, and understood.
