My communication style is honest, compassionate, and direct. I believe in telling the truth with love, and I don't sugarcoat what needs to be said—but I also don't judge or shame. I meet my clients with empathy and real talk, helping them feel safe, seen, and heard while also gently challenging them to grow beyond their comfort zones.

My goal is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where clients can explore their truth, release emotional baggage, and build something new on their own terms. I'm here to walk beside you as you rediscover who you are and what you want out of life.

From there, we break it down into measurable, achievable steps that track progress over time. My goal is to make sure every treatment plan is practical, personal, and aligned with your journey.

In our first session, we'll start by identifying what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I'll ask questions to understand your story, your struggles, and your strengths. We'll begin building a plan together that feels right for you. My goal is to make sure you leave feeling heard, hopeful, and ready to take the next step.
