My approach
I primarily use an integrative somatic therapeutic approach such as EMDR. We work together to replicate the REM cycle to reprocess past events and memories that cloud judgment and keep you from feeling whole. This approach rewires neural pathways using bilateral stimulation to help your brain reprocess traumatic memories or stressful events.
