Hi there! Congratulations on taking action for your self-care. I've always known that I wanted to work with people to help navigate the challenges of life, and have been successfully doing so for over 3 decades with literally thousands of clients. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for nearly 30 years. I enjoy helping others learn to help themselves; there's nothing more empowering. I highly value creating a therapeutic alliance with my clients to create an effective plan of action and would welcome the opportunity to do so with you.

Relationship issues, trauma and abuse, grief, depression. Also experienced in: Stress, anxiety, LGBT, intimacy-related issues, eating disorders, anger management, self-esteem, career difficulties, coping with life changes, coaching, compassion fatigue, abandonment, cancer, caregiver issues and stress.
