As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have seen the immense resilience that people develop from their experiences throughout life, where skills, behaviors, and habits are learned. At some point, we may need to learn more skills or discard ones that are no longer helpful. We can find a way to use these experiences to help us choose how to grow.

I work with clients who are ready to explore their experiences, thoughts, and feelings, and make choices about what to do with these discoveries. Participating actively and verbalizing honestly in your treatment will help us keep your journey on track.
