I work with adults 18 and over. I work with many different mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, BPD, Bipolar, Adjustment Disorder, relationship issues, work issues, and family stress, among other things.

I typically use Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical (DBT), Strength-Based and Christian Counseling during sessions with my clients.
