If you can change the way you think, you can change the way you feel. I want to assist you in feeling better again by talking through a difficult time in your life. I would like to assist in your becoming present and in the moment as we work toward creating the changes you want to see. Most of my clients see results within a few weeks.
My focus
I am particularly focused on assisting clients in processing trauma and significant emotional events. I am also trained in relationship therapy, and I produce excellent results with the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy.

I’ve been trained in various types of therapy, so I use different approaches to assist you in meeting your therapeutic goals. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy are the main approaches to therapy I use.
