I enjoy working with individuals with Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma. Each phase in life brings difficult situations that sometimes we just don't know how to navigate alone. I would like to be the person who helps you when you find yourself in one of these difficult situations.
My approach
Using a variety of trauma-informed modalities like Cognitive Processing Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I support my clients in gaining insight and solutions for the challenges they face.
