I offer a comforting and warm environment. I am encouraging, calm, and affirming, and will walk beside you in your healing. You can expect a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take steps toward the change you seek.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always had a compassionate view of life and wanted to help others. I am a cancer survivor, and after going through that experience, I feel drawn to helping other women in this space. My passion is creating a supportive environment where clients can heal and grow.

My goals for you

I believe everyone has unique strengths, values, and life experiences they bring into therapy. Those can be utilized in setting goals and working toward the healing or change you want. Together, we will build on what you already have to create meaningful progress.

Our first session

I will always let you drive our sessions based on what you have in your heart or mind. However, I can also guide as needed. Your goals and needs are the focus. I like you to leave with something you can integrate into your life until we meet again, allowing you to take positive steps daily.
