Hi there, I'm Lacey!

You can be located anywhere in Texas to have your sessions online with me. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas since 2015, working with individuals who experience depression, anxiety, social anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, and/or substance abuse.

My focus

I support adults who experience intense emotions, difficulty in relationships, or feelings of emptiness. If you've been feeling stuck, doubting your abilities, or questioning your value, I'm here to help you navigate these challenges and develop emotional stability as you work toward the life you want.

My approach

I use person-centered therapy, CBT, and DBT to help you identify your goals and the steps necessary to achieve them. I have experience working with individuals, families, and groups who face a broad range of mental health and substance use difficulties. If you've never been in therapy, that's okay—I'm here to guide you.
