Setting therapeutic goals starts with the clients prioritizing what's most important for them to accomplish with easy-to-follow objectives that can help them achieve their goals.

Our first session

During the first session, clients can expect to get a feel for building a therapeutic rapport while completing an initial assessment, which helps me to identify and create a baseline for symptoms, allowing best treatment recommendations.
