My focus
I help adult individuals deal with the psychological or mental pain that can show up in our lives in various ways: feeling disconnected, lonely, not good enough, anxious, sad; struggling with perfectionism, unhealthy hard-to-change patterns, relationship conflict . . . these "symptoms" tend to get in the way of living the life you really want.
My approach
I believe that when we develop a loving relationship with self—including ongoing self-compassion—we can live a fuller, richer, more meaningful life. I use tools from ACT, EFIT, narrative, and other experiential evidence-based and research-informed models to help you feel confident and empowered to author your own life story in your own way.
