Empowering

Hi there, I'm Amelia!

I seek to empower clients with the knowledge of their already existing strengths as well as help them to heal past wounds and learn healthy ways to move forward that will promote continued growth and confidence.

My focus

Some of the populations I work with are those with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, as well as those with past trauma or current life stressors. I enjoy working with adolescents and older adults. I work with families and couples in addition to individuals.

My approach

I have an eclectic approach to therapy, and it varies depending on the client and their specific needs. Some of the most common approaches I use are CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, and Person-Centered.
