I bring honesty, openness, and compassion to every session. I encourage you to share freely without judgment. If something isn’t working, we’ll adjust together. My goal is to make therapy feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely supportive.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path has been shaped by resilience and a passion for helping others. Despite early challenges after graduating, I pursued my calling as a substance abuse and mental health counselor. The journey has strengthened my commitment to supporting clients with care and empathy.

From there, we’ll develop a personalized plan to move you toward those hopes. I will offer guidance, insight, and structure—while you remain in the driver’s seat. Together, we will build coping strategies, break old patterns, strengthen resilience, and foster meaningful change at a pace that feels right to you.

Our first session

The first session is what I call our “get-to-know-you” session. What brought you to therapy? Your history and life experience. Your goals, needs, and preferences. How do you feel about our therapeutic fit? My intention is for you to feel comfortable, supported, and confident that you’ve chosen the right therapist for your journey.
