In my practice, I use a unique and effective technique called Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help you overcome challenges and improve your mental health. ART is a powerful approach that combines elements from various therapeutic modalities, including eye movements, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral techniques.

My journey to mental healthcare

In college, I was inspired by my college counselor when he helped me approach my problems in a way that helped me feel heard and safe. I actually got results.

When setting goals, I focus on the internal conflict you're experiencing and how you want to feel better.

Our first session

Our first session is a get-to-know-you experience. You'll get a feel for who I am, and I'll review your intake questionnaire to get to know you, too. You'll also get some homework to do a quick start on your progress.
