My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a mental health provider was driven by a deep desire to help others find hope and healing. I saw how mental health struggles impact a person's life and how the right support could change someone for the better. I combine clinical expertise with a compassionate approach.

My goals for you

Goal setting is a collaborative process. Together, we identify what matters most to you: reducing symptoms, improving relationships, or building coping skills. I use evidence-based methods to track progress and celebrate improvements along the way. My goal is to empower you to take an active role in your care.

Our first session

Knowing the patient, spend time talking about what brought you in, symptoms, medical and mental health history, and goals for care. I will ask questions to improve your experiences. Together we start developing a personalized treatment plan, which includes therapy and coping strategies.
