My communication style

I believe in being serious and supportive when necessary, but I love to laugh with my clients and celebrate their progress and successes. I provide a welcoming and relaxed environment where you can be yourself.

My journey to mental healthcare

I am a first-generation college student who originally pursued social work to help others and provide them with the support I had from my family. The majority of my career has been working with homeless, runaway, at-risk youth/young adults and families.

My goals for you

My goal is for clients to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and empowered to make it through the week. I also set goals or tasks, as appropriate, with a client to try a new skill or do an activity that will assist them.

Our first session

During the first session, we'll discuss why you decided to seek therapy and what you hope to gain. We'll also talk about any reservations you have about doing therapy so we can address them together.
